Since 2003, Shuangfu Group has been committed to the graphite business, leveraging the advantages of advanced technologies from both domestic and international sources. Combined with our own research achievements, we have introduced exceptional carbon products that have earned us an outstanding reputation in the market.   we proudly stand as one of the largest carbon graphite producers in China. In 2008, we established a state-of-the-art calcination furnace in Jilin, Northeast China.   By harnessing the innate advantages of Fushun coke and Northeast petroleum coke, we have achieved cost control and product quality from the very source, injecting new energy into our product portfolio.

Recognizing the rapid development in industries such as silicon, yellow phosphorus, and alumina in 2011, we ventured into the carbon electrode plant, enabling the production of large-sized carbon electrodes and graphite electrodes with diameters exceeding Φ700mm.

In 2016, China implemented stringent environmental regulations, including the ban on substandard steel production. This presented a significant market opportunity for short-process arc furnace steelmaking.  To meet the growing demand, we expanded our production capacity, increasing our annual output from 20,000 to 50,000 tons.Additionally, we diversified our business to Calcined petroleum coke, graphitized petroleum coke, and carbon additives.

In 2019, with a focus on global trends and the consensus on reducing carbon emissions, we invested 50 million RMB to upgrade and transform our calcination furnaces and graphiteization equipment.This investment aligns with our commitment to "One Earth, Green Production."

In response to international market demands and the growing trend of larger graphite electrodes in arc furnaces, in 2022, we established the International Trade Department under the name "Hebei Shuangfu New Materials Co., Ltd."  Simultaneously, we actively engage in research and development to meet the industry's requirements for super high-power graphite electrodes with diameters ranging from 750mm to 800mm.
